Weather

We make every effort to ensure optimal conditions during our event. According to forecasts, temperatures in June are expected to range from 18°c for the lows to 25°c for the highs.


Your transportation

We remind you that you must book your train/plane according to the recommendations noted on the information page. 


Pack your bag

We would like to provide you with some recommendations to best prepare you for a memorable experience. 

 Attire: 
 - "Casual chic" outfit for your work periods 
-  Evening outfits : upcoming themes
 - Optional: sportswear if you wish to go for a morning jog! 

 Practical & comfort: 
 - Flip-flops for accessing the bungalow showers/toilets 
 - Bathrooms (body wash/shampoo products organic only) 
 - Sun protection 
 - Sunglasses 
 - Raincoat (in case of unforeseen weather conditions)


Your accommodation

You will be accommodated in a tipi that can accommodate up to four people. Each tipi is equipped with four single beds, pillows, sheets, a towel, a shared chest with padlock, an LED lamp and access to electricity. For more details, please consult our FAQ page

 Bungalows with showers / toilets

Shower bungalow blocks and gender-separated toilets will be installed at the accommodation camp. We will provide organic soap and shampoo as well as toilet paper. If you wish to bring your own products, please give priority to organic options.

 Transportation recommendations for your arrival at GL Camp


You are responsible for booking your train and/or plane tickets on egencia or via another train/plane booking system approved by the group. 

We will provide your transfer by bus from the Avignon TGV, Nîmes centre, and Nîmes Pont du Gard train stations, and Nîmes Airport.
We are also planning transfers from Lyon (meeting point and times to be determined). 

Your flight/train information must be completed via the link sent by email before May 7th.

Your schedule based on your transportation method


Lyon entities

If you depend on an entity based in Lyon or a neighboring city, we will take care of your transport to the Panéry estate by coach. You do not have to book train tickets, we will inform you later of your round trip transfer information. 

 Provisional transfer times: 

 - June 18th , departure at 8:00 am from Lyon, arrival around 11:30 pm  at the Domaine de Panéry
 - June 20th, departure at 2:00 pm from the Domaine de Panéry, arrival around 5:00pm in Lyon


By train

You should book a train arriving between 9:00 am and 10:30 am at Avignon TGV, Nîmes centre, or Nîmes Pont du gard station. for your return, please choose trains departing after 2:30 pm. 

 From paris, we recommend the following trains: 

 - June 18th: Paris Gare de Lyon 7:38 am, arriving at Avignon TGV station at 10:17 am 
 - June 20th:  Avignon TGV  2:41 pm, arriving at Paris Gare de Lyon 5:24 pm


By plane

If your journey includes a flight, here are our recommendations for your arrival at the domaine de Panéry. 

 Airports of Paris: 

If you wish to land at the airports of Paris (Paris-Orly or Paris-Charles de Gaulle), you will also need to book your round-trip train between Paris and Avignon according to the "train" recommendations mentioned above. We recommend a flight arriving in Paris on June 17th, and a return flight on June 20th after 10:00 PM or on June 21 at your convenience. 

 We will take care of your round-trip transfers between the Avignon TGV/Nîmes stations to the domaine de Panéry. The transfer time by coach is estimated to be about 1 hour. 

 Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport: 

 We recommend taking a flight to Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport on June 17th. This way, you can benefit from the coach transfers scheduled for June 18 around 8:00 AM, departing from Lyon (meeting point and exact times to be defined). 

On June 20, the coach transfer from the domaine de Panéry is scheduled for around 2:00 PM, and we recommend booking a return flight from Lyon Saint-Exupéry starting at 8:00 PM. 

 The travel time by coach between the domaine de Panéry and Lyon is estimated to be about 3 hours. 

 Nîmes Grande Provence-Méditerranée Airport: 

If you wish to land at the Nîmes Grande Provence-Méditerranée Airport, we will arrange your round-trip transfers on June 18th and June 20th between the domaine de Panéry and the airport. We recommend a flight arriving in Nîmes on June 18th between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM, and a return flight on June 20th from Nîmes starting at 5:00 PM. 

 The transfer time by coach is estimated to be about 1 hour.
